Welcome from the Founder
Welcome to the website of the Foundation for National Political Leadership (FNPL). I am Dr. Esther Shu-shin Lee (李恕信博士), the founder and president of FNPL. You may locate my bio and curricula vita under the heading of RESOURCE. My diverse and exciting background is consistent with the goals and broad scope of the mission of FNPL. FNPL has broader mission than merely serving Asian Americans; all interested people are invited to visit this site. This non-profit (501c3) educational organization offers you many unique life-long learning experiences, a wealth of documents regarding Asian Americans’ participation in the U.S. political process and, as well as valuable knowledge and useful information for Chinese immigrants to pursue a positive life in the United States. The organization of this website consists of the following two major areas. The volume of the scanned materials for both areas continues to grow, and thus periodical visits to this website is highly recommended. A) Introduction to FNPL, it's past, current, and planned programs and activities (click here) and B) the Resource Room (click here) which contains numerous scanned documents of Asian Americans’ political involvement in the United States and some scanned books I wrote regarding parenting and family life. Please feel free to share this website with interested people and researchers in Asian American Studies. Your feedback and comments are always welcome for future improvement and expansion. Sincerely, Esther S. Lee, Ph.D. (李恕信博士) (Formerly known as Esther Shu-Shin Lee Yao) |
